How Does the Storage Auction Work?

First Sign in for the Self Storage Auction. Next, ask for a storage unit auctions bid form. Then wait for the manager to cut the first mini storage auction unit lock. Please feel free to look in the Self Storage Unit that is up for auction but, please do not go inside the auction storage unit. Please do not touch any items or enter the mini storage auction unit. After everyone in attendence at the Self Storage Auction has had a chance to view the contents of the self storage auction unit the Auction bidding will begin. You will be bidding on the contents of the entire unit and must remove all items from the unit and storage site. We do not permit use of our dumpster for Storage Auction Units. We reserve the right to refuse any Storage Auction bids, bid ourselves, or cancel the storage unit auction on one or more units for any or no reason. If you are the high bidder for any storage room auctions you will be expected to pay cash on the spot. Then you will complete a lease agreement for the storage unit in which you were the high bidder at normal monthly rates. The lease will go into effect at 4:30 pm on the Monday following the Storage Auction if you have not completely cleaned out the storage unit including all trash.
